Who we are
London Tape & Jointing is the trading name of Vasile Novotni, a self-employed sole trader based in Harrow, London. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: vasile70novotni@gmail.com or 07501002409.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name, company (optional), phone number and/or email address, and the details of the job you describe. We also record which page the enquiry came from and the date it was received.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in a secure database provided by our hosting and backend provider, who processes the data on our behalf and does not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can refer back to quotes and completed work, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a job, records are kept for six years for tax purposes.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email vasile70novotni@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
